Welcome, here we are – another October, another Write 31 Days. After a
three month nearly year and a half break from writing, I’m excited to take up this challenge and write for 31 Days in a row…
I’ll be linking up in the Family Life category – most of these written reflections will be about our single-parent home. I’m SUPER excited to see what the Lord’s plan is, in what I will be sharing. I’m taking the risky jump saying, “I’m willing”.
Some of these reflections will be hard to write, a glimpse into my story.
I believe these reflections will point to my Heavenly Father. I want to share some of His gifts, blessings, protection, and provision for my children & I.
I am so thankful to be at a point in life when I can truly reflect on my story. Allow myself to see Him throughout my story. I pray in my sharing my story, you will be encouraged.
Reflect | a verb.
- to throw back without absorbing (heat, light, sound).
- to think deeply or carefully about.
And the above is just because I had to look up the word reflect to make sure it wasn’t contrary to my verses and One Word for 2015, which I kept for 2016 and am so glad. These posts will be reflections, not dwelling on the past, but lots of reflections of the last 16 years of being a single parent.
